Refund policy
Delta Home Services has a 15-day return policy on items purchased on www.deltaairllc.com. The 15 day period begins when the purchased items are delivered to the customer.
To be eligible for a return, purchased items must be in the same condition as received, uninstalled, and in the original packaging.
To begin the return process, customers should contact us at info@mydeltahs.com or 623-240-9892. If a request for return is appropriate and accepted, we’ll discuss the shipping/delivery options available for purchased item. The customer will be responsible for the shipping/delivery charges associated with the return, unless the item is defective. Items sent back to Delta Home Services without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that Delta Home Services can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Delta Home Services will notify the customer once the returned items are received and inspected, and let the customer know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, the purchase price, less shipping/delivery charges (if applicable), will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for banks or credit card companies to process and post refunds.
